Villa Danica is located on the Dalmatian riviera. House is located 3 km from the center in the town Podstrana, 3 km from the sea (7-8 min by car). It is small tourist town with entertainment facilities and beautiful long promenade with numerous pebble beaches. The main center is town Split, 13 km away or 15-20 min driving from the house.
Interior of the Villa Danica combines contemporary design and quality with authentic Dalmatian details and charmy decor, providing a pleasant atmosphere. It has three floors. On the ground floor is big dining room, decorated in traditional Dalmatian style. On the first floor is one room with double bed, small kitchen, living room with sofa and tv, balcony, and bathroom with shower. On the second floor is balcony with view on the sea and Dalmatian island, another room with double bed, living room with sofa, bathroom with shower, and another kitchen. Outside is terace with grill.
